Flowers at Liberty of London

Hello everyone!

It is written in stone for me, that if I visit central London, I go to admire the flowers outside Liberty.  I know this is a sight that not everyone gets to see, so I thought I'd share some snapshots I took yesterday.  Amongst the hustle and bustle, it's like a little pocket of floral prettiness.  Inside the door, the florists were hand tying bunches of spectacular blooms for customers, and the air was heavy with the scent of eucalyptus.  I may also have wandered inside and all the way up to the haberdashery floor, and I may have purchased some pretty Liberty print, but I will share that with you another day!

I will be posting my pictures of the Anthropologie A/W '16 preview over the next couple of days, which, as expected, was full of gorgeous things for the home, and the most beautiful clothing.  So please do pop back!

  1. Gosh - I absolutely ADORE the flowers at Liberty! Are there many good florists in Norwich? One thing i miss about living in London is the proximity of so many good florists, or at leasts those who would deliver to the door - bliss! Alas, in my area now, the sort of flowers i like are hard to find, and so i'm quite jealous of the instagram posts from people who have them for sale on their doorstep! Gorgeous pictures and post as usual. x

    1. Hi Paula, ah thank you! Me too, they are divine aren't they! Completely agree about being a bit envious of the availability of luscious flowers in London - Norwich is lacking a bit on the flower front, but there is a little flower stall at the top of St Stephens who do some really nice roses and peonies depending on what they have delivered - can be bit hit and miss! Cheaper than the main market too. xx
