Hello everyone!

I've got butterflies in my stomach this morning.  

This afternoon I will be getting the train down to London, to go to the Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic Couture store in Notting Hill, to meet the lady herself!  She is holding a seminar and book signing tonight at 6pm, as she has a new book out.  As you can all probably tell, she is a huge inspiration to me and the way I have shaped my home.  Re-using, re-loving and embracing all that is elegantly faded and weathered.  I'm so very excited to meet her, and I am taking my camera so hope to share some snaps of the store with you very soon.  See the official Shabby Chic Website here, it would be lovely to see some of you at the seminar tonight (email scln@shabbychic.com for more info!)
